Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including manpower planning, talent sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, and exit administration
• Plan and execute recruitment initiatives through various sourcing channels, while monitoring and enhancing the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes
• Handle talent acquisition and employment administration for local and imported labour, including visa applications. employment documentation, onboarding arrangements, and liaison with relevant stakeholders and authorities
• Support service unit heads/managers in understanding and complying with employment-related legislation, organizational policies, and HR procedures
• Participate in projects and perform other ad hoc assignments as assigned by the immediate supervisor 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• At least 5 year’s solid experience in in recruitment, talent acquisition and HR operations
• Experience in handling recruitment and employment administration for imported labour schemes is highly preferred
• A very hands-on and resourceful person, good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work efficiently and independently
• Be a good team player
• Well versed in Hong Kong Labor Ordinance and other employment related ordinances
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• High proficiency in MS Office applications
