Job Content:

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical/service databases and conduct statistical analysis.
• Assist in developing and reviewing clinical policies, protocols, and guidelines.
• Translate data into strategic plans for service promotion and policy advocacy.
• Formulate proposals, conduct literature reviews, manage data, and compile project reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Nursing; Registered Nurse (RN) with valid Practicing Certificate.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with AI tools for research productivity.
• Knowledge of statistics; experience with SPSS is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in clinical research, service evaluation, or data management is a distinct advantage.
