Job Content:
The appointee will be responsible for supporting the team in processing payments, managing filing and preparing a full set of accounts. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting functions, including month-end closing, financial analysis and reports, issue donation receipts
• Assist in financial reporting, ad hoc projects, ensuring timely delivery to meet reporting deadlines
• Support the annual audit and budget preparation
• Support the implementation of accounting processes and internal controls
• Perform other accounting functions and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accountancy, with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility in meeting tight deadlines, detail-minded
• Strong communication skills, analytical skills with logical thinking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (English and Chinese)
• Hands on experience in Epicor Financials is an advantage
