Job Content:

Responsibilities

  • Enhance service, AI and ESG development and promotion of RSD in coordinating and managing quarterly newsletter, video production and webpage and other IT related project 
  • Manage facilities, equipment and inventory for 4 service units by using IT 
  • Assist management team in new project development and service compliance 
  • Assist senior staff to monitor the project performance including internal compliance 
  • Take up any other duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor 

Requirement

  • Degree holder in any discipline IT, AI, ESG or related discipline
  • Mature, initiative, independent, good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Experience in rehabilitation service for person with intellectual disabilities and mental disorders will be an advantage;
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills, self-motivated, accountable, energetic, hardworking with can-do-attitude
  • Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and multi-media software are advantaged
