Job Content:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining a risk based internal audit plan, including risk assessments and audit program design. 
  • Support or independently execute end‑to‑end internal audits, covering site visits, evaluation of risks and controls, improvement recommendations, and audit reporting.
  • Monitor management action plans and act as a trusted advisor on risk and control matters.
  • Contribute to ESG reporting by coordinating and validating ESG data, ensuring aligning with recognized frameworks.
  • Support or lead special reviews, investigations and advisory assignments as requested.
  • Assist in creating presentations and materials for submission to the Audit Committee and the Board, as requested. 


Requirements:

  • University degree is preferred. All backgrounds are welcomed. Professional qualifications in business, sustainability, or related fields is an advantage. 
  • Proven track record in auditing, compliance, internal controls, process improvement, risk management, or oversight roles is a major plus. NGO experience or relevant compliance knowledge is highly valued. 
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills, with the ability to interpret complex processes and adapt in ambiguity.
  • Independent professional with integrity and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards. 
  • Exposure to ESG reporting and familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks, data management and benchmarking are viewed favorably.
