Job Content:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare of payment, receipt and journal vouchers
  • Handle banking administrative tasks, prepare bank reconciliations
  • Prepare schedules and breakdown of financial information
  • Issue donation receipt and related matters
  • Handle filing of documents 
  • Handle ad hoc tasks


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy/ LCCI Level 3 or above, with 5 subjects pass in HKCEE with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility in meeting tight deadlines, detail-minded
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word (English and Chinese)
  • Hands on experience in Epicor Financials is an advantage
