Job Content:

• Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies for all subsidized programs and services
  • Enhance the promotion, marketing, branding, and publicity of the Centre
  • Support donor and client management for the Centre
  • Provide executive support for the planning and preparation for the commissioning of the Extension project
  • Support the development of research initiatives and prepare reports for publication on topics related to palliative care, end-of-life care, cancer support, and the advancement of elderly care services

• Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, Social Sciences, Public Relations, Public Health, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • At least 6 years of solid experience in project coordination, operations management, or communications, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. (Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Operations Manager position.)
  • Proven track record in overseeing project execution and carrying out research/analytical projects.
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and social media platforms for organizational communication.
  • Strategic thinker, mature, and self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving, logical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and manage complex tasks under pressure.
