Job Content:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with research-related tasks, including conducting literature reviews, collecting, analyzing, and evaluating service and clinical data, as well as designing, administering, and monitoring service-based research. 
• Manage data relevant to palliative care, end-of-life, cancer support, and elderly care services development. 
• Write and prepare research proposals or protocols based on findings. 
• Prepare reports for publication related to the service. 
• Collaborate with various service units to support their research efforts and promote evidence-based practice.  

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Psychology, Social Work, Health Science or related discipline
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge in statistics and experience in using statistical programs (e.g. SPSS) is strongly preferred
• Experience and strong interest in research would be advantages
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good organization and communication skills
