Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing fundraising event plans and concepts according to overall strategy
• Handling budgeting and invoicing
• Liaising and negotiating with vendors
• Negotiating sponsorship deals
• Handling logistics
• Monitoring time frame and budget
• Developing feedbacks and post event reports

Requirements

• University degree holder, preferably in Communications, Marketing, PR or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience and working in Advertising/ PR agency / NGO is preferred
• Experience in handling brand advertising and event management
• Highly organized and attention to details
• A good storyteller with excellent communication and language skills
• A creative and can do attitude, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent, good leadership, able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and under pressure
