Job Content:

• A recognized degree in Occupational Therapy 
• A certificate of Registration and a valid Practicing Certificate issued by Occupational Therapists Board of Hong Kong
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in patient-related practice, preferably in rehabilitation service
• Arrange clinical assessment, design and implementation rehabilitation training plans for Person with Disabilities of Palliative and End of Life Care project  (賽馬會之「同行．晚晴」照顧計劃)
• Provide educational talks and training to service users & carers
• Working location: East Kowloon, Tseung Kwan O and Sai Kung
