We are in search of a high-caliber candidate who resonates with our mission to 'Embrace the Last Journey with Love.' The position offers a rewarding career path and is:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all stages of the fundraising process, from preparing grant applications to developing pitch decks and crafting proposals
• Manage donor relations and maintain accurate donor data
• Design and produce multimedia content for various digital and social media platforms, as well as promotional materials
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling phone calls and managing enquiries
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements: 

• Diploma or higher in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of experience in fundraising, digital marketing, or the creative industry is preferred
• Strong command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Skills in photography and video making will be a significant advantage
• Experience with Canva is highly desirable
• Outgoing, helpful, and courteous with a strong sense of creativity and team spirit
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Administrative Assistant
