Job Content:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in carry out research related tasks including literature review, data collection, data analysis and report writing for various projects and services targeting people with intellectual and/or physical disabilities
• Write and prepare research proposals, or protocols based on research findings
• Liaise with different service units to support their research work and promote evidence-based practice 
• Participate in those-related service meetings

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Psychology, Social Work, Health Science or related discipline
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge in statistics and experience in using statistical programs (e.g. SPSS) is strongly preferred
• Experience and strong interest in research would be advantages
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good organization and communication skills
