Job Content:

Responsibilities: 

• Provide Dietetic services to elderly of the home care and residential home service, including conducting menu modification, home visits, direct assessment, treatment as well as coordinating health talk, workshops and programs;
• As an active member of the multi-disciplinary team, provide professional inputs in care plan formulating;
• Provide education & coaching to the staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Dietetics plus internship and on list of Hong Kong Academy of Accredited Dietitian; 
• Possess 5 years or above post-qualification experience in patient care related practice in dietetic service.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Possess good communication and presentation skills 
• Proactive, mature and independent; possess good computer literacy
