Job Content:

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full spectrum C&B functions including but not limited to payroll processing, provident fund contribution, taxation, employee compensation, leave and benefits management etc.
  • Participate in C&B projects such as annual exercises in salary review, benchmarking, performance management
  • Prepare HR analytical reports for management review
  • Support internal and external HR audit reviews
  • Provide professional advice for implementing and reviewing HR policies & strategies for talent attraction and retention
  • Assist in HRIS transformation and enhancement project
  • Communicate with all levels of staff and external partners for HR related matters
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments as assigned


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years’ solid C&B experience
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Possess good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills; 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, efficient, independent and good team player
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel
