Job Content:

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain the operation of the community pharmacy and provision of pharmacy practice fulfilling the legal requirements and licensing, including procurement, inventory control, workflow and service documentation
• Deliver Medication Management Services, including medication reconciliation, medication review and counselling  
• Coordinate and plan health promotion activities and programs to public together with teammates and other stakeholders
• Provide training to pharmacy students and medication education to patients
• Support to academia in conducting research
• Supervise junior pharmacist and dispenser

Requirements:

• Registered pharmacist in Hong Kong with a valid Practising Certificated issued by The Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong
• With at least 5 years’ work experience in community pharmacy or government or non-governmental organization
• Preferably postgraduate Master's degree or above in health-related discipline
• Working Location: Tseung Kwan O
